We Mellow Thai and Momo King has been always offering delicious Thai and Nepalese cuisine. Currently we are looking for Ethnic Nepalese Cook to join our team.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in preparing & cooking authentic Nepalese cuisine with unique offering.

Position:

Full Time Permanent. (40 hours)

Salary Offered: For Cook $ 55,000 - $ 70,000

The ideal cook candidate will possess following attributes:

• Knowledge and experience preparing and cooking Authentic Nepalese Foods
• Experience of working in the kitchen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Catering for functions and various events
• Ability to cook within a team and solely.
• Can produce high quality meals under time pressure.
• Driven in your attitude to producing quality in everything you do.
• Stock management duties including stock takes and recording wastage.
• Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste.
• Practice compliant food health and safety through safe storage and utilizing FIFO principles.
• Cleaning duties within kitchen area to ensure the kitchen is well presented and always cleaned.
• Experience maintaining ISO Quality Assurance Certification
• May freeze and preserve foods as required.
• Good knowledge of stock control, menu design, OH&S + HACCP compliance
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team; self-motivated, team player.

Experience: Minimum Two years' experience is Preferred.
