Requirements
How we work
Three days remote, two days in the office to catch up, connect and collaborate in person, or just to work from a cool space with plenty of lovely cafe's downstairs.
About you
You have at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS environment, and you are looking for a role that will give you more creative freedom and a wider scope of work. You know how well-orchestrated Lead Generation looks, and you have supported event and campaign execution before. Now, you are looking to get exposure to different areas of marketing to test your hidden superpowers.
Your new role
This new role reports to our Head of Marketing and focuses on executing and optimising field events and campaigns. It might require occasional local travel to support our teams in other regions.
However, between big and small events, you will be hands-on with improving our online presence, web and social, integrating them with our broader campaigns, and building reports.
You will have access to diverse formats - we don’t just do banners, blogs and emails; we have access to a professional podcasting studio, photographers, and video crews.
Your impact
It will be huge. You are a second marketer on our team who carries a few large projects in our pipeline, and you’ll have a chance to make a real difference for a growing brand and establishing a department.
Our style
We are playful in our creative process and brainstorming interactions with co-workers but serious, organised and detail-oriented when it comes to the stuff we deliver to support our teams.

Collaboration- Weekly 1:1
- monthly vibe check & a team lunch, marketing only
- quarterly half-day workshopping
Your first 30-60-90 days
30 days
You will learn about TL, our services, who’s doing what, and what our brand is about. We’ll share a few starting projects where you’ll own a part of a process and assist in executing them. You will navigate from watching our in-house recorded “Lunch and learns” to your onboarding tasks and event and campaign tasks assigned in Asana.
60 days
Since we’ll be preparing for the end of the financial year, everyone around you will be busy, so it will be a good time to reflect on what we did well and what areas we need to improve.
This will be the time of our yearly planning and brainstorming, and ideas will fly around, waiting for someone to put them in motion in the next FY. At this point, the number of those Asana tasks is growing, and you implemented a new task stage, “I got this”.
90 days
You’re confident in building, testing, and sending out emails, publishing blogs, and creating a campaign or web design briefs that will ace in a review, and generally, you’ll know where things are. You have a list of things we are making better, and you are expanding the area of your contribution.
