Client Service Manager - One year contract

• Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in management roles within the cleaning industry.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with cleaning specifications for various sites.
• Skill in identifying customer needs and challenges.

• Oversee the daily management and operations of the sites, including regular inspections, ensuring contract performance, adherence to relevant KPIs, handling complaints, and addressing any related issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Liaise with customers, management team to better understand their needs and

• Manage attendance across various worksites, ensuring appropriate coverage when a cleaner is absent.
• Hands on approach
• Provide training and support for new and existing contractors / cleaners, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of contracted services, as per the scope and ensuring compliance with the company’s operating systems.

Experience:

• Cleaning Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Working with Children Check (Preferred)
• Police check (Preferred)

• Australia (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
