What you'll do
Are you looking for a new opportunity where you want to bring your extensive Maintenance and manufacturing experience into a new environment surrounded by high performing colleagues? With a brand-new facility and state of the art machinery, this is an exciting role.
With a Darra location, we are recruiting for afternoon shift primarily. Your role will consist of scheduled and reactive maintenance across best-in-class equipment. With your attention to detail, taste for business improvement this role can be what you make it.You will play a crucial role in essential operations, ensuring excellence in quality and problem solving. Afternoon shift is 2pm until 10pm.
The role will involve the following -- Improvement of production processes across the factory.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of machinery issues using technical expertise.
- Utilise tooling and die set knowledge for smooth operations.
- Conduct roll-form machinery maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Organise maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Apply welding skills as needed for maintenance.
- Great communication skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff and management.
- Trade Qualification in Engineering/Fitter related disciplines as well as documented experience
- Experience in manufacturing is highly regarded form roller as well experience.
- Excellent attention to detail aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent rate of pay underpinned by EBA.
