Job Description

Lead and manage a maintenance team
Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance for high-speed machinery
Supervise contractors and manage capital projects
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

The Successful Applicant

Experienced in high-speed manufacturing environments
Holds a mechanical trade certificate
Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
Proven leader with strong team management abilities
Knowledgeable about OHS&E standards and modern maintenance practices
Capable of managing contractors and overseeing complex projects
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and problem-solving skills
