Our client is a renowned international company within the FMCG industry. They boast a large workforce and operate across multiple locations. They have recently expanded and are looking for an Operations Manager to lead their new cold store.

Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the cold store
Implement and manage effective logistics strategies
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with other departments to optimise operations
Manage a team of warehouse personnel
Conduct regular performance and safety audits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Handle any logistical issues that arise

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cold Store Operations Manager should have:

Relevant degree in logistics, business management or related field
Proven experience in managing logistics or warehouse operations
Strong understanding of the FMCGFMCG industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
