VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced cook to join our clients shop in Reservoir. Our client, Jacky Jones Reservoir's offers a great working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Work successfully within a team; Understand stock management and order; Food safety knowledge; Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace; Effective time management skills; Demonstrate the ability to carry out duties as required within an allocated time frame; Good communication skills; Regulating temperatures of the ovens, grills and other cooking equipment to ensure the quality of food; Train other staff members when required.
Assisting in menu development and planning special meals or themed nights as directed by management.Preparing dishes to meet specific dietary requirements when requested.
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Skills required
Previous experience in a similar role; Able to work autonomously; Attention to detail; Customer-focused.
