About the Role
As the Customer Value Manger (CVM) you will play a pivotal role in maximising the value of our existing customer base through targeted engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives. This role involves strategically managing customer journeys, delivering data-driven campaigns, and optimising customer experiences across our digital platforms.A key part of this position is to deepen customer value and reduce churn by building loyalty and maximising lifetime value.
You’ll be an expert in Klayvio, responsible for ensuring our email marketing and customer retention flows are impactful and drive meaningful connections with our customers. This includes hands-on campaign management, refining retention strategies, and implementing best practices in data management and flow optimisation.
What You'll Do:
- Base Management -- Develop and execute strategies to grow customer value, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value by creating personalised journeys and touchpoints that build loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Klayvio & CRM Management -- Oversee Klayvio setups, data management, and template building, ensuring an organised, scalable approach to customer engagement.
- Campaign Execution -- Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty; analyse data to refine strategies based on insights.
- Customer Journey Optimisation -- Continuously analyse and enhance customer flows and retention initiatives to improve engagement and conversions across app and digital platforms.
- Mobile User Retention -- Lead initiatives to increase mobile user retention, utilising data insights and customer feedback to optimise touchpoints and reduce churn.
- Cross-functional Collaboration -- Work closely with product and marketing teams on app launch initiatives, ensuring user adoption and seamless customer journeys.
- Ongoing Performance Analysis -- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign success, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement in customer engagement and retention.
- Proven Expertise in Klayvio -- Demonstrated experience with Klayvio, including setup, data structuring, and advanced flow and campaign optimisation.
- Base Management Acumen -- Strong understanding of base management and customer value management principles to drive customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
- Analytical Skills -- Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and apply insights to enhance campaign performance and customer retention.
- Customer-centric Mindset -- Passionate about understanding customer needs and dedicated to creating engaging, retention-focused experiences.
- Technical Knowledge -- Solid understanding of CRM tools, data-driven marketing strategies, and site optimisation techniques.
- Organizational Abilities -- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
