Responsibilities- Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce architecture solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Provide guidance on data modeling and architecture strategies for Salesforce applications.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead the development and implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
- Stay current with Salesforce developments, releases, and emerging technologies in the ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role with a focus on Salesforce solutions design.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive architectural decisions.
