[ref. f3082822] Civil Engineering Draftsperson

Gassman Development Perspectives Pty Ltd are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join their team in Yatala QLD.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

• Perform calculations for layout and design
• Prepare report, map, drawing, and plan
• Conduct field surveys and provide accurate, reliable data for use in design activities to help civil engineer
• Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Program
• Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts
• Communicate with the construction or production teams

Skills and Abilities:

• Diploma of Civil Construction Design, Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or relevant
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a qualified Civil Engineer
• A strong knowledge of Civil Engineering
• The ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
