Operations Coordinator
Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for coordinating a team of Drivers/Technicians to deliver our medical equipment, gases and other goods and services, direct to our clients and patients. The Operations Coordinator is also the first point of escalation for calls to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Drivers/Technicians runs
- Deliver medical gases to doctors, dentists and residential aged care facilities
- Deliver medical equipment, medical gas cylinders and other medical supplies
- Set-up and maintain medical equipment while educating patients on its usage
- Contribute towards safe work and driving practices
- Order and maintain stock levels
- Provide after hours support
- Support the team with relevant and ongoing training of staff and contractors
- Drive operational efficiencies and improve runs and service delivery
- Asset compliance: ensuring scheduled and corrective maintenance on ALH assets
- Vehicle audits and preventative maintenance
- Motivated to create positive change in our transport/logistics Drivers/Customer operations
- Reasonable fit: the ability to operate vehicles safely, while safely lifting and transporting equipment weighing between 4 to 25kg (a trolley will be available)
- Evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Knowledge of Sunshine and surrounding areas
- Strong focus on team safety and compliance
- Effective communicator
- Previous experience/exposure to logistics, freight, scheduling or coordination
