Junior Marketing / Admin Assistant
NAN Supplies is a national company and one of Australia’s top and specialised direct suppliers for child nappies, adult continence, wet wipes, gloves, and paper products. Our ever-expanding range includes detergents, household products, arts and craft, stationery, first aid and much more.
Our current distribution points are based in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. While we offer our high-quality in-house brands at very competitive prices; we are also the direct distributor for most major household brands.
About the role:An opportunity exists for a keen go-getter willing to learn and develop into an Administration/Marketing Officer role. We're looking for a focused and flexible applicant who can adapt to any task - whether that be sales, admin, or marketing.
Key duties include :
Telephone/Reception DutiesRespond within 24 hours to all customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintain high level of customer service
Design and prepare marketing materials
Demonstrate a 'customer first' approach throughout your work and be viewed as a trusted and reliable team member
Provide General Admin support
Other duties include :
Customer Service dutiesAssisting with marketing preparation
Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed to assist the team
Skills & Experience Required:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related studies highly regardedEffective communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task & handle high volumes of requests
Effective time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of computer literacy – MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
