As a School First Aid Kit Checker, you will play a vital role in helping Student First Aid make Victorian schools safer.
Student First Aid is a Victorian leader in school first aid and defibrillator supplies. We deliver premium products with a focus on our in-house Australian-made first aid kits, designed to meet Department of Education requirements.
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised team player ready to hit the ground running across schools in the Melbourne metropolitan area and outer western suburbs.
The role is based on the road, with meetings, administrative duties and stock pick-ups from our headquarters in Hawthorn East.
The position is part-time, working 2 days per week from 8.00am to 4.00pm.
There will be a 3-month trial period.

The School First Aid Kit Checker will be responsible for keeping our school customers' first aid kits current, stocked and compliant with Department of Education recommendations.

The School First Aid Kit Checker's duties include:

  • Scheduling kit-check appointments with customers by phone and email
  • Attending schools on-site to check defibrillators and first aid kits for expired, low or missing stock, in line with established contents lists
  • Leaving customers’ kits organised, neat and clean
  • Ordering replenishment stock for customers
  • Keeping customer contact information up to date
  • Assisting in the distribution of Student First Aid marketing materials

As the School First Aid Kit Checker, you are:

  • Experienced of familiar with working in a school environment
  • Familiar with first aid products or providing first aid
  • Highly organised and time efficient
  • People-focussed and a great communicator
  • Dependable and hard-working
  • Outgoing and friendly while maintaining a professional manner
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Methodical and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable with using MS Office and i Phone

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
