About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage all key aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning.
A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in human resources is an advantage.
Minimum 5 -6 years of human resource manager experience.
Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management and worker compensation management.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs.
Conduct successful induction programs for all new hires.
Ensure disputes and disciplinary cases are handled professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace regulations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and accurate and complete employee records.
Manage workplace health and safety programs.
Support leadership in organizational change and development.
Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
