We are advertising this on the behalf of our key client, an established Visa & Immigration advisory business, requires an experienced Contract Administrator, now.

In return for a stable, supportive and progressive environment, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years work experience in a very similar environment or organisation.

Main responsibilities:
  • Create Contracts for our new clients.
  • Document control including management and tracking of signed Contracts and payment of our fees.
  • Follow up Contracts and payments.
  • Provide professional, clear, and considerate communication with all new clients as first impressions count.
  • Maintenance of our Data base with Contracts status.
  • Management of all Contracts variations or other contractual matters as they arise.
Required Skills:
  • Attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Keeping our data base and spreadsheets up to date with the status of contracts and payments at all times.
  • Building professional relationships with all clients especially our repeat clients and businesses.
  • At least 2 years administration experience including work with contract management or similar.
  • Client focused, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of client’s cases and deadlines.
  • Experience in CRM software highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team when required.
  • Overall, the Contracts Administrator we are looking for needs to be able to provide accurate documentation and clear communication to our clients in a professional yet friendly manner.

As the ideal applicant you will have a tertiary qualification such as a Law degree or relevant Bachelors of Business Admin and Masters of Project Management.

Salary will be $74,000 plus super.
