We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As the National Program Executive, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal service levels for the client.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Communication management and supervision of client and field priorities
- Ensure timelines agreed between client and field team are adhered to
- Effective communication between client and field team to ensure desired outcomes are met
- Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards
- Understand patterns and risks in data and provide insights to Account Manager
- Manage Web based reporting site
- Present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
- Priorities tasks and manages time effectively to drive personal productivity
- Assist with ad hoc management / client requests where needed (store visits / follow up
- Manage client queries with urgency and is thorough and professional in follow up and communication
- Display resilience and perseverance when confronted by challenges and setbacks
- Radiate positivity to influence, build and drive effective relationships
About You:
- Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
