About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and lead a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring the delivery of client-centered care and excellence in service delivery.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and lead a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring the delivery of client-centered care and excellence in service delivery.
You will play a critical role in managing operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized client care plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client outcomes.
- Manage resources and ensure the efficient operation of allied health services.
- Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development.
- Liaise with clients, families, and stakeholders to maintain strong communication and relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an allied health discipline (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, etc.).
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the allied health or NDIS sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and improve service delivery.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused care.
- Competitive salary package of $80,000 - $95,000, based on experience.
