Our client is seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Employment Partner, who has over 25 years of practising experience and is one of the few practitioners accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in workplace relations.The successful candidate will receive expert guidance and mentorship from this seasoned professional, along with wider support from a team of Associates and Paralegals.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Associate/Special Counsel, your role will be diverse and engaging. You will work closely with an esteemed Employment Partner on a variety of matters including industrial relations, health and safety, discrimination and employment law.Your responsibilities will not only include providing litigation and advisory services but also handling EPL work for insurers to the clients. This role presents an excellent leadership & mentoring opportunity where you can build your own practice while gaining exposure to our existing, longstanding client base.
Furthermore, you will have the chance to lead on webinars and other business development activities, leveraging off our global reputation in the legal market.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Associate/Special Counsel position brings a wealth of experience in employment law. You have strong knowledge of industrial relations, health & safety regulations, discrimination laws which you have applied in previous roles.Your experience extends to providing both litigation and advisory services. You are capable of handling EPL work for insurers to clients. As a leader, you have potential for mentoring others within your team. Additionally, you have experience in conducting webinars and other business development activities.
