What you'll do

As a Technical Business Analyst for Woolworths MarketPlus, you will play a critical role in our new organisation's success by leading discovery on key platform uplift initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work end to end, including discovery, stakeholder consultation, documentation of requirements and verification of acceptance criteria to help drive the development and delivery of our marketplace platform.
This role demands exceptional technical writing, solid technical comprehension, and the ability to translate complex projects into clear deliverables.

 •  Requirements Analysis: Driving the discovery and capture of all requirements and acceptance criteria for key projects.
 •  Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and creating user stories and requirements that meet those needs.
 •  Sprint Preparation: Assisting with managing and refining the product backlog consistent with the broader priorities and objectives in the business.

What you'll bring
 •  At least 5+ years relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst
 •  A strong technical background with the ability to read code (ideally .net), understand it and be able to convert into stories.
 •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 •  High degree of comfort with ambiguity. Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and devise creative solutions to solve problems and overcome hurdles.
 •  Outstanding attention to detail, whilst being able to manage their time effectively across multiple projects if needed.
