The Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (General) to join our dynamic team at KSK Accounting. This role involves managing a variety of accounting and financial tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance and Filing: Prepare and file various tax returns, such as income tax, GST, and payroll tax, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Transaction Recording: Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in accounting software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Contribute to financial planning initiatives, such as capital budgeting, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making to support clients' business goals.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in accounting and finance to enhance services and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in an accounting role, preferably within a professional accounting firm.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
