The Data Guyz Parramatta
We are looking for a motivated Junior SQL Developer Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SQL development, data management, and analysis. The internship will last for 6 weeks, during which you’ll work closely with our seasoned developers and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Learn to ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) alongwith Visualisation of reports
- Learn and apply best practices in database management and data security.
What We Offer:

- During the internship period you will be paid @ $25/hr for 4 hrs of work. You are welcome to stay back and do voluntary learning at the organisation

- A clear pathway to a full-time paid position with a starting salary from $49,400 upto $52000 per annum upon successful completion of the internship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students preferred).
- We welcome students and should have workling rights.
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: $49,400.00 – $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
