Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects related to elevator installations and modernisation programs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Design & Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs and drawings for elevator installations and related infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate civil engineering solutions into overall project plans.
Site Analysis & Preparation: Conduct site assessments, including feasibility studies and risk evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Project Management: Oversee construction projects, ensuring work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.
Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers, tracking project progress and resolving technical issues.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality control measures to maintain project integrity and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory guidelines throughout all phases of project development.
Technical Support & Innovation: Provide technical expertise and support for ongoing maintenance and modernisation projects.
Innovate and propose cost-effective and sustainable solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Minimum AQF Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.- 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a related role, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
