Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems
• Budgeting, Forecasting, Management reporting & analysis
• Performing variance analyses and preparing cost reports
• Assist with the external audit
• Balance sheet & GL reconciliations
• Month end duties
• Assisting in the development of financial plans and policies
• Collaborating with team members to achieve financial objectives
• Other ad hoc activities as requested by the Financial Controller

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have/be:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Commercial acumen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CA/CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a similar role & capacity
• Comfortable and available for a 12-month contract
