About the Role: Centelon is looking for a self-motivated Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles while supporting business development and RFP reviews. Your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates will help build a strong talent pipeline and support growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles.
- Post job descriptions tailored to technical and contract roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and niche platforms for full-time and contract positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and track recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance hiring strategies.
- Build relationships with candidates and promote employer branding.
- Manage recruitment for HR, Finance, Marketing, Admin, and other roles.
- Work with functional leaders to align hiring strategies.
- Identify potential clients and staffing opportunities.
- Assist in introductory calls and recruitment discussions with prospects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align talent solutions with client needs.
- Evaluate recruitment-related RFPs and assist in drafting responses.
- Gather data and develop proposals showcasing Centelon’s capabilities.
- Proven experience in technical & non-technical recruitment.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search skills.
- Business development exposure & RFP expertise.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
