Bogger Operator - Remote
Reporting to the Underground Mining Supervisor, the Remote Bogger Operator is responsible for tele-remote bogging of all production stopes, transferring material to stope stockpiles or ore passes, loading haul trucks, and maintaining underground roadways.
About the Operation
Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX: CYL) owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine, located in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The mine produces approximately 85,000 ounces of gold annually. Catalyst also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project near Bendigo, Victoria.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, the Company is focused on bringing three new mining areas at Plutonic into production as part of its growth strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Bogger role;
- Tele-remote bogging experience (desirable).
- Experience operating Sandvik 517 & 514 loaders;
- Truck loading experience is preferred but not essential;
- Work well without supervision and demonstrate initiative;
- A strong focus on and commitment to safety standards;
- Ability to work well within a team environment;
