Our client is seeking a contract administrator to join their team in Melbourne.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts required by various departments, including procurement, sales, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintain and update contract records, and facilitate communication between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage contracts required by various departments, including procurement, sales, and services.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Maintain and update contract records and documentation.
Monitor contract execution to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Extract and present statistical data about concluded contracts to senior management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.
Facilitate communication between the company and clients to address contract-related queries and issues.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and extensions.
Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and issues for senior management.

Provide guidance and support to colleagues on contract management processes and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in English and Persian.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super
