Customer Supply Chain Coordinator (6 Month Full Time Contract) - Chatswood

To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract). The successful candidate will Achieve highest possible levels of service for our customers by ensuring maximum order fulfilment and responsiveness to customer enquiries.
High levels of service help to grow existing business relationships and form the basis for attracting new customers, all of which is critical for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- High touch management of daily customer orders to maximize fulfilment, ensuring high volumes of sales orders are processed accurately and within required cut-off times
- Manage ‘out of sequence’ orders by liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered as required by the customer and in the most cost-effective way for the business
- Manage daily customer enquiries (Incl. Inbound calls, emails and faxes) and providing service support to the internal sales organisation
- Handling customer complaints, ensuring ownership and resolution of the issues raised
- Creating & maintaining open communication channels with distribution, transport & inventory teams across the country
- Working collaboratively with all front-line operators of the wider Supply Chain team to ensure the highest levels of service are achieved and business objectives are met
- Managing customer credits ensuring they are only processed in SAP once appropriate documentation has been received from the state DC teams. Investigating claims as required to ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Action all customer credit claims within 48 hours of receipt to ensure appropriate level of service to internal/external stakeholders
