About the Role
This role will be responsible for operational HR duties supporting the senior leadership team.
Duties
Some of the duties will involve:
- Stay updated on changes to employment practices and laws, and update policies accordingly
- End to end recruitment
- Managing payroll activities with the third-party supplier
- Collaborate with appropriate parties on rewards and benefits
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and workplace investigations.
- On/off boarding
- Champion company culture and values, lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promote a positive work environment.
- Coach leaders on performance management, absenteeism, and policy application.
- Assisting with training and development
- Previous exposure to SaaS or tech industries
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role or junior HR BP position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders
- Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
