We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer with a strong background in EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental testing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting day-to-day testing, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and managing quality documentation in accordance with IEC/ISO 17025.
EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental Lab Testing and Management for electrical/electronic products.
Day-to-Day Testing Activities in EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental labs for Information Technology, Medical, Industrial, Audio/Video, Wireless, and Telecom domain products.
Quality Management Documentation preparation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with IEC/ISO 17025 for new EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental labs.
Debugging and Resolving EMI/EMC Issues in electrical and electronic products, including root-cause analysis and the implementation of design improvements.
Calibration and Validation of lab test and measurement equipment to ensure test accuracy and repeatability.
Preparing/Reviewing EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental Test Plans and Reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Setting Up New Electrical Safety and Environmental Test Labs, and adding new test setups for existing EMI/EMC labs.
Continuous Upgradation of standards, testing requirements, and technical matters according to Australian and international test standards within the scope of the lab.
Prototyping and Testing of new electronic designs to evaluate performance, safety, and compliance, followed by iterative improvements as necessary.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams (mechanical, software, quality assurance) to integrate and validate electronics in multi-disciplinary projects.
Technical Documentation and Reporting, including design specifications, test protocols, and certification reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3–5 years of professional experience in electronics or electrical testing, with a focus on EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
Practical knowledge of IEC/ISO 17025 and relevant safety and testing protocols is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to testing rigor, documentation accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Collaboration: Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Project Management: Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple testing projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in debugging and resolving EMI/EMC issues, calibrating lab equipment, and helping set up new test labs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development of Electronic Circuits/Systems to meet EMI/EMC, safety, and environmental standards, from concept through to production.EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental Lab Testing and Management for electrical/electronic products.
Day-to-Day Testing Activities in EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental labs for Information Technology, Medical, Industrial, Audio/Video, Wireless, and Telecom domain products.

Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (required).3–5 years of professional experience in electronics or electrical testing, with a focus on EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
Practical knowledge of IEC/ISO 17025 and relevant safety and testing protocols is highly desirable.
Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving EMI/EMC issues.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems.Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to testing rigor, documentation accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Collaboration: Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
