Business Analyst
This role will be a key enabler for the analysis, design and development of BA project deliverables. This is role is required to evolve, extend and improve business process effectiveness and minimise risk whilst assessing new concepts against current systems and procedures, analysing stakeholder needs from and end-to-end perspective, engaging internal and external clients through various facilitation techniques and mediums, and providing high quality, fit for purpose business analysis artefacts.
Must have- 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience working on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects.
- 3+ years' experience in digital delivery projects
- Past experience on transformation and/or data migration projects
- Experience in data analysis, modelling and mapping between systems
- Experience working independently on Tier 1 project across the full SDLC from early ideation to execution and embedment in BAU.
- Deep understanding of the business analysis fundamentals.
- Experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating these to detailed requirements
- Experience in defining requirement to support the definition of testing/UAT exit and success criteria's
- Experience in process mapping, business process modelling using software such as MS Visio or other enterprise endorsed platforms.
- Experience using wireframes to document UI acceptance criteria
- Effective communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Can collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels.
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change within a dynamic environment.
- Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence).
- Be comfortable working within a matrix structure.
- Experience working with Change Management and influencing user behaviour.
- Business Analysis Certification, e.g. IIBA CBAP.
- Financial services background with knowledge gained through industry experience, plus experience in other non-financial services (e.g. government, law, retail etc.).
- Experience with CRM and ITSM workflow solutions (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.)
- Experience working in Risk, Compliance and/or Finance systems accounting
- Experience to provide BAU analyst support for production incidents and end user support queries/requests.
