About the RoleAs a junior Business Analyst you will assiting in the payroll remediation project. You will be looking at historical evidence and putting plans in place to remediate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to payroll remediationSupport process mapping and gap analysis between current and target payroll processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and IT to ensure accurate payroll data and system updates
Help perform data analysis to identify discrepancies in payroll records
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and project leads
