Introduction

At MAX we will support you in your journey as you embark on a customer service career that sees you contributing to your community.

This is more than a receptionist role. As the Customer Service Officer you will be the face of MAX Employment, meeting and greeting customers and assisting them with their enquiries. You will also provide administrative support and assistance to the team in their day to day activities.

About you
  • A customer service guru, who shows initiative
  • Confident and highly self-motivated with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Resilient
  • Team player
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Hold or ability to obtain Working with Children Card/obtain a National Police check
  • Be able to obtain a registered myID name prior to commencing employment
