• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's operational resilience framework in alignment with CPS 230 requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational resilience strategies are integrated across the organization.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of operational resilience measures and controls.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential operational threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of identified risks on critical business functions.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure that business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP) are in place and tested regularly.
