About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll be responsible for:
Designing and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences with age-appropriate learning resources aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
Support children with social and emotion regulations and positive interactionsMentoring and guiding assistant educators to maintain best practices.
Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Collaborating with the Centre Director to achieve educational excellence.
Provide quality care and active supervision in day to day programs.
Implement a room routine that allows flexibility to meet children’s needs
Ensure hygiene practice is in place
salary based off experience between 76,000-80,000 per year
What We’re Looking For
A passionate educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) and First Aid certification.
