Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area and appointment calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with inquiries from clients and provide information about our services.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Friendly and polite demeanor with a professional appearance.
