Vestas are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Service Sales Manager to join our collaborative team in Melbourne.

Service Sales grow the Vestas Service business across Australia and New Zealand by providing solutions to meet the operations and maintenance needs that owners and operators of renewable energy assets express in dialogue and negotiation with us.
You will work closely with a portfolio of clients to achieve greater power generation on their existing wind farms. To achieve this goal, you will be able to identify opportunities for their platform upgrades and have the skills and experience to deliver these opportunites to the client.All the while being able to comfortably negotiate the costs of install leaning to a profitable outcome for Vestas.
Responsibilities
The objectives are to create financially sound, long-term sustainable contracted business with existing & new accounts through offers that deliver products and services that maximise customer satisfaction and meet or exceed financial targets.
Manage service contract price & terms that will meet corporate guidelinesDevelop and manage account plans for key customers
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Provide internal advice on customer requirements
Perform regular internal reporting on customers and projects
Secure internal approvals as required through the sales project process
Leadership in commercial negotiations.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Economics, Law, Business, Engineering or Science.Postgraduate degree preferred but not essential
Competencies
Commercial pricing calculation of long-term service and availability agreements in conjunction with Power Plant Sales specialists.Calculation of cost and price of complex offers for time and materials work to existing customers.
Ability to perform high-level business analysis to identify key value levers.
Ability to discuss technical issues and concepts.
Ability to operationalize KPI.
Prior experience in working with SAP-ERP and Salesforce a strong advantage
