ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Delivery Manager – APAC region. This role will be responsible for understanding, monitoring, and delivering Fluence BESS products that align to customer and regional expectations.

The Regional Delivery Manager will coordinate product training, support with product documentation requests, and serve as a resource to regional project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, understanding of product delivery methods, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality product releases that meet customer and regional needs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will bring a user experience-focused mindset, collecting and responding to user and stakeholder feedback and using it to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of Fluence products.

As a Regional Product Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders to understand each project’s requirements, including the base product and any custom needs
  • Serve as the regional interface to align product releases, lab testing, and product delivery to meet regional project requirements
  • Plan and schedule product lab testing and releases in coordination with other regional delivery managers, product management, software architecture/infrastructure, development, quality assurance, and global lab teams
  • Manage release timelines and communications, ensuring that release activities are well-coordinated and well-communicated
  • Proactively monitor release progress and identify, communicate, and mitigate product release risks
  • Coordinate training and documentation handoffs from global product development to regional stakeholders

  • Experience developing dashboards to track KPIs
  • 3-5 years experience in project or delivery management
  • Nice to have: BESS industry experience; Experience with delivering cyber-physical products (integrated hardware + software products); certification and knowledge of Agile methods, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Kanban-EXP, SAFe, etc.
