Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 (Excluding Superannuation)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at iVEGA. The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that business objectives are met through effective project management and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT teams.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver project milestones.
Perform business process modeling and improve business operations through technology solutions.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Provide support during project testing and implementation phases.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain ongoing communication with all relevant parties.
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
Experience & Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with business process modeling tools is a plus.
