We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier & Wine Bar Manager to help
shape our opening, lead our front-of-house team, and curate a wine list that tells a

As our Sommelier & Wine Bar Manager, you’ll:- Curate and manage an exceptional wine list with a focus on local andinternational producers• Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships• Lead and train a small FOH team with a focus on warm, professional service• Drive wine education across the team and with guests• Be part of the leadership team shaping the bar’s culture and reputation
What We’re Looking For• Previous experience as a sommelier or wine-focused venue manager• Strong wine knowledge, WSET qualifications a bonus• Confident, calm leadership with a guest-first mindset• Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach• A love for local producers, seasonal food, and creating memorable experiences
