Delaware North Australia is seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Chef de Partie to join us in a full-time position. You’ll be part of our fast-paced, high-volume operation, primarily working across Coopers Alehouse and our Production Kitchen, delivering exceptional food and service to thousands of travellers every day.

What you will do?:
- Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs and order food supplies
- Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Highly skilled at minimising waste
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish, execute and evaluate food service standards
- Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation stages
- Address food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staff
- Demonstrate techniques and provide advice on cooking procedures
More about you:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
- Proven ability to work within WHS and HACCP guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead or support a team under pressure
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
- Experience with ordering, stock control and kitchen admin
