This role offers a Career Growth Opportunity, where you will gain hands-on experience in a major system transition to SAP S/4HANA and exposure to international tax compliance. It positions you as the 2IC to the Financial Controller with a clear pathway to progress into the FC role within 2-3 years.

What you'll do:
SAP Project Support (50%): You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing transition to SAP S/4HANA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support system capabilities.
Financial Control (50%): You will assist with international tax compliance and support month-end and year-end processes. Provide backup to the Financial Controller during change management, addressing complex challenges and driving problem-solving initiatives.
You will also step up to manage key responsibilities during periods of transition and provide strategic input on financial operations.
Who You Are:
You will have a solid understanding of SAP systems, with experience in S/4HANA being highly regarded, and will bring strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a project-oriented mindset to thrive in a changing environment.
You should either have exposure to international tax compliance or a willingness to learn, with comprehensive training available to support your development.
Above all, you are a career-driven individual eager to take on challenges, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and desire to grow into a Financial Controller role within the next 2-3 years.
