Job Overview
Under the direction of the Experience Manager for your team, you will support in managing the Experience delivery for your client(s) from a strategy, implementation, results, client satisfaction and team development perspective. Thereby ensuring that each Executive in your team is delivering work to the expected standard in the timeframes allocated.In turn, ensuring that the profitability and effectiveness of the Owned Media team is maximised and seeking new opportunities for growth with the Owned Media Manager.
You are expected to build relationships with all clients, internal media and performance teams along with external technology partners is key, in order to uncover new opportunities for clients and revenue. You will be expected to support in developing processes and implementing them with your team.
You will also be supporting the Experience Director to expand the knowledge of SEO and associated products within the wider business at WPP Media. As a result, non-search members of the WPP Media team should have an understanding of the Experience Team’s purpose, value and ways of working.Host training programs, inspirational forums and attend external motivating talks, in collaboration and support of the Experience Team.
Career Stage
This junior management role requires prior experience within Experience with an SEO focus, this will be underpinned by experience across media/performance agencies or the broader media industry using SME tools, techniques and processes. You will have experience in managing and leading teams as well as communicating with senior stakeholders.
Duties
Establish a strong client relationship, to manage scope requirements across Experience Team channels (SEO, Social Listening, CRO)Support and present on client QBRs and demonstrate quality client service
Has deep understanding of the client(s) category and applies to work consistently helps to deliver strategy to increase/maintain client satisfaction
Possesses ability to support in leading a client meeting to a clear outcome
Applies deep knowledge/understanding of the Experience optimisation landscape, market and trends
Responds to clients and partner agencies in a timely manner consistently managing expectations
Ensure deadlines are hit and managing workflows and tasks, related deliverables for your client, with your team member(s)
Identify and collaborate and work through upselling opportunities with the Experience Associate Director/Director
Utilise your specialist digital knowledge to educate your team around website and owned asset optimisation offering, to develop junior team members on your client account(s)Support your team and the wider Experience Team to own all aspects of digital requirements from strategies, planning, optimization, and importantly the integration with the wider media and performance teams

Skills & Experience
Some evidence of a background in Experience ManagementIn-depth understand of Experience channels and evidence of education to client(s) and/or internal stakeholders
Experience in supporting formulating strategies and delivering to client(s)/internal stakeholders
Good experience with utilising industry leading tools – examples: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Screaming Frog
Understanding a variety of business verticals and Experience impacts
Good project management and organisational skills
Experience in supporting career management of junior team members
Good client relationship skills and leadership
Effective, collaborative and efficient working style
