Restaurant Manager

Bar Conte is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

• Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitoring staff performance and providing training, guidance, and support
• Managing reservations, customer complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high-quality food and service standards
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Preparing staff rosters and managing labour costs
• Monitoring financial transactions and assisting in budgeting and cost control

• Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently
• Sound understanding of hospitality operations and financial management
• Reliable, well-presented, and professional at all times
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum
