The right candidate will be responsible for:
Managing accounts receivable and store invoice; Managing accounts payable for wholesale accounts worth; Rostering staff; Assisting with payroll duties; Contacting and liaising with suppliers; Implementing new policies and procedures into the workplace; Supervising and training new staff; Leading company research and development strategies; Manage and supervise overall activities of the venue, including BOH, FOH and special Events; Maximise customer service and manage complaints; Create and supervise menus and special with Head Chef;
About you:
