Recruitment Consultant
We have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing, close-knit team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this fast-paced role will be working with the business to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions by sourcing the best talent across a variety of roles including Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT & Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment including job briefings, ad writing, advertising, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and facilitating offers and onboardingStakeholder engagement to partner closely with the business to attract and recruit best talent through innovative sourcing solutions
Proactive sourcing through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Talent Search, Seek Talent Search, social media)
Support Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and collaborate by sharing knowledge, ideas and key talentBe part of our Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience projects - another skill to add to your CV!
High touch candidate and hiring manager engagement
Must-Have/MandatoryMulti-tasking and prioritisation with effective time management skills
Ability to engage and influence with key customers
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Good-to-Have/Desirable Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment role working with high volume and complex rolesA generalist recruitment background from entry/mid-level to senior roles across white collar and blue chip
Ability to demonstrate resilience in high pressure situations
Passionate about delivering results and providing quality of quantity
