Our client is within the construction industry.

The Role

As the HR and Compliance Coordinator, you will support the HR department by ensuring all staff members compliance checks have been completed. It is essential that employees have completed the necessary background checks, certifications and trainings required to work within construction, therefore it is essential that you have an excellent attention to detail and organisation skills to ensure all checks have been certified.

This is a 6-week contract, based fully in the office.

Duties

Your duties will include:

  • Managing employee databases and updating with relevant compliance information.
  • Maintaining the training databases for all employees within the organisation, following up with stakeholders regarding any expired training certificates or gaps.
  • Collecting copies of training records, qualifications or necessary licenses from relevant stakeholders.
  • Advising stakeholders on training that may be required for staff members, and assisting with booking in such training sessions.
  • Ensuring that all staff members are compliant with workplace health and safety policies and regulations.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have:

  • Experience working in HR or Compliance.
  • You will have experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You will have a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • You will have excellent communication skills.
