People Operations Coordinator
This is an opportunity to support Tesla’s Human Resources and Recruiting teams in administration, while gaining exposure into several systems, processes and projects. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot between quick administration support and projects, challenge manual process and introduce modern solutions to the HR and Recruiting teams.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to help our HR and Recruiting teams run efficiently Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone, video and face-to-face interviews across different time zonesAnswer day to day employee queries via our E-Ticketing system and draft employment contractsUpdate candidate and employee life-cycle events in HR and Recruiting systemsFind efficiencies in people operations processes using AI and automated solutionsSupport weekly reporting and create ad-hoc reports as requiredSupport onboarding and office upkeep, including ordering supplies, coordinating desk arrangements, and assisting with office engagement initiatives in Melbourne officeRaise and manage Purchase Orders, and coordinate with multiple vendors and talent agencies Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experienceAt least 1-years’ experience in a HR or Recruiting Coordinator/Administrator role or similarAbility to deploy AI tools and automation solutions in a work environment; hands-on experience highly regardedProficient and quick in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; experience with HR systems is a plusPassionate about driving Tesla’s mission and helping your teamAbility to independently solve problems and make informed decisions, using all resources availableAble to operate effectively in a very fast moving, developing, and constantly changing companyOutstanding attention to detail, time management and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skills, with ability to develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functionsDemonstrated ability to learn quickly, think outside the box, suggest and challenge processes
