The Operations Department provides clarity and direction through clear communication and a commitment to quality information. We utilize our strengths in problem solving, resourcing and support to achieve win-win outcomes for everyone in our community.
Our team fosters excellence by driving efficiency and consistency of information flow from the point of sale through to delivery (with particular focus on translation of business critical information between our CRM, operations system and project management system).
Role & Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations ensuring smooth workflows, efficient processes, and effective communication across different departments.- Timely new order/project profiling, plus accurate estimation of costs and timelines for supply
- Customer information clarification and data integrity, plus collation of supporting documentation
- Accurate order processing in SAP B1- including sales, purchase & production order creation
- Hubspot status updates, claim and loan management plus general customer service support- including handling customer inquiries and providing support as required
- Daily sales and inventory reporting, plus weekly reporting on project statuses, order profiles, costings and timeline deviations
- Monthly review of supply chain management with other operational stakeholders to identify ways to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Freight calculation and review
- Adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety procedures
Requirements
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5 years experience in a similar position (required)
- Proficiency with SAP B1 and Hubspot (or similar accounting/CRM packages)
