You'll be responsible for- Managing manpower budgets, collaborating with stakeholders for efficient resource allocation, and ensuring HR budget utilisation.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of service standards, addressing guest feedback, and leading employee engagement through the organisation's vision and mission.
- Overseeing compliance with HR policies, managing performance programs, employee benefits, and ensuring accurate employee record maintenance.
- Ensuring adherence to employment laws, driving workplace safety, and participating in risk management activities.
- Maintaining HR Information Systems, ensuring timely payroll completion, and conducting checks for accurate payments and deductions.
- Building talent pools, championing training and development programs, supporting succession planning, and implementing retention and engagement initiatives.
About you
You're a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and building strong teams. Ideally, you have experience in the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment like retail. You're a true generalist, confident in recruitment, employee relations, and workplace health and safety (WHS).With 2-3 years of HR management experience under your belt, you've successfully led teams and navigated complex employment matters with ease.
Your understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation is strong, and you're able to balance both operational and strategic responsibilities.
