Oversee purchasing and pricing of goods, ensuring budget compliance and cost efficiency
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment
Engage with customers to assess satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
Select, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a professional and motivated team
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Understanding of Asian cuisine and dining culture is an advantage
As we continue to grow in Northbridge, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Key Duties: Plan menus in consultation with chefs to ensure authentic and high-quality Asian-inspired hotpot dishes
Organise and manage special events and functions to enhance customer experienceOversee purchasing and pricing of goods, ensuring budget compliance and cost efficiency
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment
Engage with customers to assess satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
Select, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a professional and motivated team
Manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders as needed
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma qualification; alternatively, at least three years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed aboveStrong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Understanding of Asian cuisine and dining culture is an advantage
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
